The steady rest needs a bracket to be mounted on in the machine. The bracket can often be provided by the machine dealer, but if necessary we can provide the bracket or adaptor plate. To be able to design a complete bracket we need the following dimensions:

To prevent chips to come between the rollers and the workpiece we offer two different kinds of wipers.
The manual workpiece wiper is used to remove chips from the workpiece. It’s manually adjusted and can be assembled in existing holes on standard arms.
The resilient workpiece wiper is used to remove chips from the workpiece. Its spring function makes it automatically adjusted to the workpiece surface. It’s assembled in existing holes on standard arms.
